Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange items if the order has not already been shipped out.If you are still eligible for a return but are not sure Email us at [resiliaoilteam@gmail.com].Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Start a Return

Email us at [resiliaoilteam@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return.We'll send you instructions if you are eligible to return this product in 24 hours.Once we receive and inspect your return,we’ll issue a refund or process your exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

1.Product has already been ordered for the costumer.

2.If the product was damaged by the costumer.

3.Has passed the return date.

Refunds

Will be issued 5–7 business days after we receive your return.If the item comes damaged,defective or was never received send us a Email at [resiliaoilteam@gmail.com] with image proof of the item being damaged or defective.If so we will send you a whole new product for free.If the product never arrived pleas check and see if the shipping address you provided was correct if so then send us an email and we will see what we can do.
